Shipping
1. We offer free shipping for orders over €59. This free shipping offer is valid only for the following countries: Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Austria, and the Netherlands.
2. Shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the product is in stock. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order.
3. To learn about shipping costs and delivery times to other countries not mentioned above, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns
4. We accept returns of products in their original packaging as received by the customer. If you wish to make a return, please follow these steps:
a. Log in to our website and access your account.
b. Go to the "My Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
c. Follow the instructions to complete the return process. You will need to provide a valid reason for the return.
d. Print the return shipping label and attach it to the return package. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
e. Send the package to the address indicated on the return shipping label.
5. Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse, we will proceed with its review. This may take a few business days.
6. After completing the review and confirming that the product is in good condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Reis d'Aranda.
8. We recommend that you keep the return shipping proof until you have received the corresponding refund.
